At AB VENTURES, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers. This policy applies to all digital products and services, including:

ChirpMate – AI-generated Twitter/X replies

HustleHarmony – AI Therapist for Founders

CoupleHarmony – AI Therapist for Relationships

JobFitAI – AI-powered Job Fit Analysis

PostPerfect – Chrome Extension to post content formatted in rich text on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.

All future software applications under AB Ventures

We do not offer refunds for change of mind but provide refunds in cases where the service fails to function as expected.

1️⃣ Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions can be canceled anytime via the user account settings.

• Cancellation stops future billing, but users retain access until the end of the billing cycle.

Once a billing cycle starts, it is non-refundable.

2️⃣ Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided in the following cases:

✅ Service failure (e.g., significant downtime or non-delivery of AI-generated responses)

✅ Duplicate charges due to billing errors

✅ Unauthorized charges proven by the user

Refunds are not provided for:

❌ Change of mind after purchase

❌ Dissatisfaction due to AI-generated response quality (since AI-generated content is inherently variable)

❌ Lack of usage (e.g., if the user did not actively use the service)

3️⃣ Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4️⃣ Dispute Resolution

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, contact our support team within 7 days of the issue occurring.
